SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 3-7 business days of placing your order. All purchases from the website are made to order and we will contact you immediately with any issues or stock issues. We mainly use Australia Post for deliveries throughout Australia for small items, with the exception of larger orders we engage the services of a courier delivery service Sendle, our carbon neutral courier service.

All delivery costs are normally calculated at the checkout with tracking apps and numbers provided in your 'Order Confirmation' email.

If you would like the courier to leave your package without signing (ATL, Authority To Leave), please ensure you select this or advise this instruction when you checkout in the customer notes. If you elect to have an order left without a signature, Ivory Design & Occasions is not liable for any missing or damaged items.​

​Shipping within Australia is a $15 flat rate. Or if your order is over $200 - it's on us! 

All orders are sent with signature on delivery but do give the option to be left at the front door. We do have some exception with thin, lightweight parcels that will be sent as a letter and cannot be tracked. You can select this option if eligible in checkout for $12. 

 

Due to COVID-19 packages sent with Australia Post will not require signature on delivery at this time.

International shipping is a flat fee per order with both standard and express options, all international shipping costs are in $AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately due to high shipping costs we are unable to offer FREE SHIPPING on any international orders.

 Please note that due to COVID-19 there are restrictions on some countries receiving international mail, if you are concerned about your order delivery please contact us at hello@ivorydesignandoccasions.co and we will happily assist.

Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. Sadly Ivory Design & Occasions cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied or the size is wrong, do not worry. Please submit an enquiry through our contact page or to hello@ivorydesignandoccasions.com and we will help you. 


Please let us know the issue you are having, and include a picture or video if possible! We will get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

All refunds will be inspected and may take up to 5 working days once received to be eligible and for a refund to be processed.

Ivory Design reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.

Ivory Design head quarters do their best to inspect each and every piece of gear that is sold to our followers. In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged on arrival item we will cover the cost of the return. Please note that some of our products are hand crafted from natural materials such as canvas, leather and wood. This means variations in materials are natural and besides making your item look cool, it gives them just that little bit of extra character!

PAYMENT METHOD

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the applicable 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only and we do not accept payments in other currencies. We accept payment for goods via major credit cards, Afterpay or PayPal and all your information is securely transferred through an SSL encrypted connection provided by Stripe.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
