  • Do you do refills and where can I get these done?
    Short answer is yes - we refill all of our candles, bowls and shells. There are many ways you can do this, if you are a regular shopper at our markets or pop ups. You can come in and swap any of our candles for half price on the day, if you want to keep the same bottle, bowl or shell or we do not have what you are looking for? Not a problem, we will take your details and exactly what you want and ship it back to you. Can not get to one of our markets or pop up's - we have DIY refill packs available in our store. These can be used for any other candle brand, as we do not accept refills from other companies unfortunately.
  • Isn't Silicon a plastic?
    All of our silicone products are clearly listed and do not worry are 100% BPA and plastic free. They are also more durable than plastic too. Silicone is not only more enviromentally friendly than petro-chemical and oil derived plastic as they are made mainly from sand. Not to mention it is a safer choice for our bodies, silicone does not contain any highly toxic chemicals that can be released from plastics. Finally it is heat and stain resistant, you can stick it in freezers, microwaves and dishwashers and it will keep its form and shape. It is also flexible and water resistant, liteweight and perfect for hiking and adventures.
  • How much is shipping?
    $15 flat rate for all orders under $199, any orders over $200 its on us. For more information please click here.
  • I just placed an order, when will it leave Ivory Design?"
    All of our purchases from the website are made to order and we do ship all orders from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. If you are in a metro area or NSW it should take 3-5 business days for our couriers to drop it off to you. Interstate may take 5-7 business days and overseas up to 2 weeks or more.   • I am not entirely satisfied with my product or something is wrong?
    Not a problem, if it is damaged or you are not completely satisfied. Please contact us with an email and let us know what is wrong. We glady accept returns and want you to be happy with our products and service, get in contact as soon as possible here.
  • How can I tell what is Australian made and what is not?
    All products that are 100% manufactured in Australia will have an 'Australian Made' stamp on an image of the product. We are constantly looking for local partners and manufacturers here in Australia and we do share our customers concerns with items coming from overseas and the conditions in which those products may be manufactured. We carefully select the best suited producers of our goods and form long lasting partnerships. All beauty, skin, moisturiser products are made here in Australia along with our candles. We use strict guidlines and stick to various industry standards when it comes to organic, animal free testing and Palm oil free certifications and generally work with B Corp Certified producers.
  • How do I use a coupon or discount code?
    When you add your products to your basket and head to the check out, at the Payment page a box for coupons/ gift certificates will appear. Add your code and we will automatically take it off your final invoice, this will appear on the screen before you finalise your payment. If you are over your coupon/ gift certificate amount, do not worry you can still check out with your prefered method of payment.
